best available rubber thread from
natural latex. A pool of young and
enthusiastic managers and engineers provide the impetus to the
Company to excel in its chosen field,
and today, Rubberflex has become
the largest and most advanced manufacturer of extruded latex threads in the world, with a marketing arm that encircles the globe.
Prior to 1986 many companies had started up in the field of
latex thread manufacture. Many have folded since then due to the fact that very few realise that rubber thread is a highly technical
product, and few pay attention to the fact that the key to a good thread is consistency
and need for frequent input and innovative in order to survive in the long term. The philosophy of Rubberflex can be best summarized as follows:

Rubberflex was the first rubber thread company to export throughout the world from Malaysia and this unique position requires the company to meet industry demands for specialty threads. Apart from the normal talc-coated threads, Rubberflex was the first in Malaysia to introduce the following:
The full range of EX (powderless) threads.
A food grade thread that meets all nitrosamine limitations.
A new colour called super-white (SW) which has since been adopted as an industry standard.
A super heat resistant thread in powderless form.
A super soft thread for the medical industry.
A weather resistant thread for hosiery industry.
As and when new products reach commercial production, Rubberflex circularises all relevant customers.
